Your unit’s performance depends on more than training reps and tactical proficiency

Collabor8 by TeamUp builds the cohesion, communication, and shared purpose that turns groups of capable individuals into teams that perform at every echelon.

Tactical proficiency is necessary. It’s not sufficient.

Most military units invest heavily in individual and collective training. But technical competence alone doesn't build a team that communicates under pressure, recovers from setbacks, or executes with shared understanding when the situation changes.

Most team development programs don't address this gap because they weren't designed for the operational environment. They were built for a different era, a different pace, and a different level of complexity than today's units face.

The result is units that are skilled but not cohesive. Capable individually, but not yet performing at their collective potential.

Collabor8 was built for the environment your unit operates in.

TeamUp brings a structured, experience and evidence-based methodology to leadership and team development. Designed by combat veterans experience in U.S. Army Infantry and Special Operations and refined through engagements with units across the force.

Collabor8 works at every echelon. It builds the four attributes that research and experience show define how well teams actually function: Shared Purpose, Communication, Trust, and Learning Together. These aren't soft skills. They are the foundation of every high-performing unit you've ever been a part of.

TeamUp works directly with unit commanders to design and deliver a program that fits your training calendar, your unit's needs, and your operational tempo.

Two pillars. One cohesive unit.

Collaborative Planning

An eight-step alignment framework that gets every member of your unit on the same page. Leaders and team members work through shared purpose, values, roles, and near-term goals together. Members know what the team exists to do, what success looks like, and what their role is in achieving it. The result is faster decision-making, less friction in execution, and a unit adapts to changing situations.

Team Strengthening

Collaborative team exercises designed to build communication, trust, and shared problem-solving under realistic pressure. Sessions can be built into existing training calendars in as little as 30 minutes or expanded into multi-day events. Each challenge is deliberate practice for the habits that define high-performing units.

TeamUp works with command teams or other unit representatives to determine the right training model for their unit whether that's a TeamUp-led engagement, a certified unit facilitator, or integration through a BSRT-certified chaplain.
