From Me to We
TeamUp Leadership exists to help leaders build strong teams in organizations and communities around the world.
The Problem We Set Out to Solve
Most team development curriculum was built for a world that no longer exists. The pace of change, the complexity of today's environments, and the demands placed on teams at every level have outgrown the tools most organizations rely on.
TeamUp was founded to change that. Not with another off-the-shelf program or a one-time workshop, but with a methodology designed from the ground up to account for the operational and workplace environments leaders and teams navigate today.
The result is Collabor8 — a structured, experience-based approach to building the four attributes that define how well teams actually function: Shared Purpose, Communication, Trust, and Learning Together.
When teams get these right, workplace drama decreases, problems get solved faster, and performance improves. That is what TeamUp exists to make possible.
What We Stand For
Faith
We believe in something bigger than ourselves and that belief is the foundation of the trust, purpose, and commitment that define strong teams.
Innovation
We design for the world as it is, not as it was. Collabor8 is built to evolve with the environments our teams operate in.
Discipline
Strong teams are built through consistent, deliberate practice. We bring structure and rigor to everything we design and deliver.
Collaboration
We practice what we teach. From Me to We is not just our mission — it is how we work with every client, partner, and certified trainer in our network.
Adaptability
No two teams are the same. We meet every organization where it is and build a program that fits its people, its culture, and its context.
Built from Experience. Designed for Today.
Collabor8 by TeamUp was developed from decades of U.S. Army Infantry and Special Operations experience and refined through years supporting military units, government organizations, businesses, and schools across the country and around the world.
The methodology is built around a simple but powerful premise: high-performing teams are not built by accident. They are built through deliberate practice, structured planning, and a shared commitment to four core attributes.
Shared Purpose — Every member understands what the team exists to do and what success looks like.
Communication — Teams that communicate well surface problems earlier, resolve conflict faster, and collaborate more effectively.
Trust — When people trust their teammates, they take more initiative, admit mistakes more readily, and consistently support each other.
Learning Together — Strong teams treat every experience as data. They reflect, adjust, and improve, building habits that compound over time.
These four attributes are developed through two practical pillars: Collaborative Planning, an eight-step alignment framework, and Team Strengthening, a library collaborative exercises designed to build team habits through experience.
Built for Teams at Every Level
Military Units
From combat arms to service support, Collabor8 builds the cohesion, communication, and shared purpose that translate directly to mission readiness. TeamUp works directly with unit commanders to design and deliver programs that fit the training calendar and operational tempo.
Trainers & Facilitators
Chaplains, HR and L&D professionals, coaches, and organizational facilitators become Collabor8 certified trainers — equipped with a complete facilitation system that integrates into the programs they already deliver.
Organizations
Businesses, schools, and healthcare organizations use Collabor8 to build the foundation their teams need to perform consistently. The methodology translates directly from the military environment to the workplace and classroom.
